Return Policy

Zorkle to get your orders delivered to you in the best condition possible, and we sincerely hope you will be more than satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you wish to return a pair of shoes, we offer a 30 days return policy starting from the day your order is delivered to you.

We also encourage you to check your order upon delivery, and if any items are incorrect, damaged or faulty you should notify us immediately by calling 07051014280 or sending an email to help@zorkleshop.com with your telephone and order number so that we can arrange for free return and exchange shipping.

The return shipping will be free if the return is due to incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. Otherwise, we will not accept a return if item is damaged or worn.

Returns should be addressed to 11, Modupe Johnson Crescent, off Adeniran Ogunsanya, Surulere, Lagos. Kindly return the item(s) in the same condition as when received and in the original packaging along with proof of purchase (order number, delivery note and/or invoice). Once the items have been returned and verified, you will receive a refund as soon as possible.

Kindly note that, any shoe that has been scuffed, stained, or dinged on the surface, inside or bottom of the shoe will not be accepted or exchanged. Always use socks to test shoes.

If you have paid for the purchase in cash, we will refund the full cost by transferring the entire amount to your account. If the item was paid for by credit card, the funds will be returned only directly to the card that was used for the purchase.

Return Policy

You are either at least 18 years of age or are under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian while accessing the Site. We grant you a non-transferable and revocable license to use the Site, under the Terms and Conditions described, for the purpose of browsing and purchasing all items sold on the Site. Commercial use or use on behalf of any third party is prohibited, except as explicitly permitted by us in advance. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.

Certain services and related features that may be made available on the Site may require registration or subscription. Should you choose to register or subscribe for any such services or related features, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself, and to promptly update such information if changes do occur. Each and every user of the Site is responsible for keeping passwords and other account identifiers safe and secure.

The account owner is completely responsible for all activities that occur under such password or account. Furthermore, you must notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account so we can take appropriate action if needed. During the registration process you agree to receive promotional emails from the Site. However, you can subsequently opt out of receiving such promotional emails.

Pickup Policy

At Zorkle  offers its customers a local pick up option. This is perfect for customers who wish to receive their other at the nearest bus station. Local Pick up is currently only available to customers across Nigeria.   Customers can also request to pick up at our store.  To pick up customers must:

  1. Present a copy of the pick up notification email
  2. Order Number
  3. Government Issued I.D Customers who select local pick up have 24 hours to complete their orders.
